The Greenville Build was a ground up endeavor. Nestled in the beautiful hills of Greenville as a vacation home, this build challenged the crew with many obstacles. First obstacle was the pandemic, second obstacle was the remoteness of the lot, and third obstacle was, of course, the weather. However, despite all of those challenges, the team persevered and turned around this build in just under 1 year. 

The Augusta Barn Build was a remodel of an attached barn to a residence. The owner wanted to capture the natural light provided by the high vaulted ceilings on both ends of the living space, while keeping to an open floorplan concept in the main living area. The 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and small office area flank both sides of the central living space. The rustic charm is brought out with dark tile flooring, rich mahogany trim and accent pieces. The "barn" feel is still present, but with an upscale charm and appeal.
